United Steel Deck, Inc. BRIDGEFORM MANUAL Bridgeform as manufactured by USD is made from steel conforming to ASTM A653-94 structural quality grade 40 or 50; galvanizing is G165. Other steel grades and galvanizing weights may be obtained on special order. In some states rebar spacing must match the deck pitch so a selection of rib spacings is available.
