National Coil Coating Institute 		Prior Coated Metals, Inc. is a subsidiary of Bouras Industries Inc. Prior Coated Metals has been producing quality pre-coated sheet for over a quarter of a century. During production, every effort is made to maintain the highest standard of quality. The major process operations - cleaning, coating, baking - are carefully controlled by thoroughly trained operators using accurate, reliable equipment. And, at the end of the production line, final quality is checked by tests for film hardness, film thickness, color, gloss, bendability and adhesion. When you use coated sheet from Prior Coated Metals, you begin fabrication with a top-quality product.

The entire package including base metal, coating and slitting on a one invoice set up. This approach takes the worry out at your end regarding usable metal. You may on the other hand, choose to purchase your own metal and send it to Prior Coated Metals for pre-painting and or slitting. We can have it cut-to-length or embossed if needed.

Any color is available. Just give us a sample of what you want and we will rush you back a painted panel for your approval. Needing a different color on the back side is no problem. The same close color tolerance applies to both sides of the sheet before it leaves Prior Coated Metals.

At Prior Coated Metals, we want you to get the most out of the quality we put in. If you need help in putting our coated metals to work, you can get our expert technical assistance.

Our entire coating operation is environmentally sound. We use thermal incineration to burn off all violatile organic compounds that are emitted during curing operation. All waste water from the pretreatment section is chemically treated to ensure compliance with all EPA regulations.
